Mr.Jagger is my first and hopefully last family law professional I will ever have. As I have had only two experiances with an attorney, my feelings or impression of Mr. Jagger may be just an opinion. In my opinion, he has failed to show me that he has any intrest in my case other than the billing statements that show my trust fund being depleted! He has not shown me that I have any priority as a client. He's waited utill the day prior to court to contact witnesses and then cancel the court causing me to (will be three times now) re-issue subpena's. After almost a year battle (involving child abuse, physical and mental with evidence, sexual exploitaion) I've just been informed that I failed to file a document any nonlawyer wouldn't know about and have to restart custody filings. Maybe Mr.Jagger is an awesome criminal lawyer or personal injury lawyer, but as a family law attorney, if I could afored another retainer, he would've been fired 6 months ago!
