Close to everything, it is a short walk to downtown restaurants and the funky west Eugene neighborhoods. The family owned and operated motel is clean and the people are friendly. The building is older but the owners are constantly upgrading to make things comfortable. A good example are the new beds and bathroom exhaust fans installed this year.2 blocks from the always eclectic live music at the WOW Hall and 3 blocks from the best Pizza in town at Pipeline Pizza. The Downtown Motel offers the best rates in Eugene and still has a few smoking rooms for the nicotine addicts.If you need fancy go somewhere else. If you like clean, comfortable and convenient at a great price then the Downtown Motel is for you!
