Based in Eugene, Ore., the company s full spectrum support includes site development and feasibility studies, funding support, environmental permitting and inter-agency consultation, preliminary and final design, construction estimating, inspection and contract administration. OBEC provides bridge engineering services to highway departments, counties, cities, universities, parks, port districts, and many other public and private organizations.
