My sandwich would've been great if it had been assembled properly, and not drenched literally in sauce. The lettuce- soaked, both buns- drenched, the breading on the chicken- gooey and soaked- That was NOT a sandwich, but a wrapped mushy pile. The problem is also when I looked up their number and called to explain the problem the woman didn't seem to care at all, she didn't offer to remake it or anything. I asked if I had gotten the wrong one, because there was such an abundance of sauce it MUST be a special order or something. She said that's how they come. I am VERY disappointed that this Carl's Jr. doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
