Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. I was amazed how great and helpful they were. I went in to get my trunk fixed and I was in and out within a half hour. I recomend to all.

I have not used AutoCraft yet to have a car repaired, but several people I know have and love them. That said I did recently buy a used car from out of state, that state did not require a front license plate as Oregon does, so i had to buy one and then have somebody install it. Since my friends like them so much and I assume they put a lot of plates on I decided to go there. They got right to it and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes, at no charge! I later returned to to see if they could repair a scratch on one of my doors. They did an excellent job and had me in and out in about a half an hour, and again it was free! I really hope that I never have to take my car in for a major repair, but if I do I will certainly be taking it to Auto Craft. Customer service and friendliness like theirs is hard to find!

I recently took my BMW M3 to Auto Craft to look at my bumper. My husband had backed into a wall while backing into a parking place. I did not want to use my insurance and It only had a couple of small creases in it . They buffed out the spots and whole bumper making it look as good as new. When I returned from lunch they gave me the keys saying "no charge"! I will go back to Auto Craft for repairs on all my cars!

After our car was hit while parked in a parking lot ~ Auto Craft, Inc. repaired the damage and even though it is 2008 Toyota Camry, they did an Amazing job fixing our car and matching the paint. You would never be able to tell that the vehicle was damaged. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for collision repairs.

I have had to misfortune to require Auto Craft's services on several occasions over the past few years. The quality of repair has always been first rate, the repairs were always completed when promised and the staff has been consistently friendly and helpful.

I recently brought my Pontiac Montana van in with a leak in the back hatch. You fixed it in very short order. You also made it easy for me to get to work with a courtesy ride back. In a time and day when it seems everyone wants to get paid for every single thing they do, I was in disbelief that you chose not to charge me. I work in an environment where each penny counts, where every minute is charged. And I think sometimes we forget that it's okay to be nice!!!
