I had just driven from Los Angeles to Eugene, OR and decided to get my transmission serviced. Selected Advanced because they were close. BIG MISTAKE. After they serviced my Transmission, I got back on the road a couple of day later, and after 600 miles of driving, my Transmission over heated and burnt out. I was left stranded on the highway on a Sat, nothing open. What a nightmare. I had to pay 300 for a tow to a Transmission shop that had to rebuild my transmission. The following Monday I contacted Advanced and all of a sudden they don't know what type of warranty I have. No call backs, just ignore it and it may go away, I guess they are thinking. Talked to two ppl and they both gave me the run around. Unless you want your Transmission to bleed like a gutted Pig in the middle of the Highway, I would suggest you steer clear of these guys, they are not good at what they do, and do not act like pros when their shabby work is called in.
