Located in Eufaula, Ala., the health care facility offers various programs and specialized services, including fall prevention, total hip and knee orthopedic rehabilitation, wound care management, pulmonary disease and cardiovascular disease management. It operates more than 35 health care centers in eight states across the country. CareSouth is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care Inc. (ACHC).
