Upon arriving at Spitzer Honda for service for my Honda I received a pleasant greeting from Damon. He provided excellent service, comunicated clearly with me and went above and beyond, in my opinion to make my experience positive. It was without a doubt the best service experience I had had at this location.

I was truly having the worst time in my life and my car started to fail. I was working with another dealership and was highly dissatisfied and disappointed. My vehicle was in service and management decided to intervene after I expressed my concerns and issues. They wanted to give me $2300 for my car which was worth at least $4k. I was done at that point.
