The ad reads they have onsite security, never seen a security guard since renting here, the ad reads they have dishwashers I don't have one in my suite, the ad reads they provide free heat, myself and other tenants don't have any and the building is not as well maintained as they advertised



The leasing agent Marylin Orr has a nasty attitude so much so most refer to here using a negative explicative



The paperwork you sign is extremely negative and if you carefully read it it states anything the say the offer or include for free they can amend the agreement at any time and make you pay for it, they list in the lease that you are responsible for all repairs even if you didn't cause the damage



The lease states you indemnify and hold them harmless of all actions but in reverse they hold you accountable for everything



They give you the impression that they are nice people and what they say to you verbally is not what you agree to when you sign their lease. Will post their documents





Did I mention that it cost $8 to wash and dry two loads of clothes



They provide you with a debit card to load money onto it for washing but their lease terms states if you have any money left on the card when your tenancy is up you forfeit it and they even dictate that you can only use liquid detergent you can't use powder



The have crazy conditions when it comes to renters insurance where the landlord must have your policy number and you must make them the beneficiary of the policy and name them coinsured at your expense - if you pay for their renters insurance they will not provide you with the policy number nor documents to what your paying for except a damn flier telling you basically to bend over cause your getting screwed



The place is a dump... Don't let the outside of the building fool you, If your the ghetto type you will feel right at home but if your into caring about your community and you are paying for peace of mind and a nice environment thats what you should get but you wont find that here



High prices for itty bitty apartment space Hell what they charge you your better off moving into a house. I can't wait until my lease is up
