This atttorney was the hearing officer of a special education hearing we were involved in. He did not seem to be fully versed in the applicable laws and jumpted to conclusions withourt all the facts. He seemed to demonstrate a bias and a level of impatence not compatable with the task he was charged to accomplish in an impartial manner. I would not recommend him.
