Horrible service by office staff. Extremely long wait. Did not appreciate receptionist announcing my date of birth and other personal information out loud in front of the entire lobby. They were discussing other patient information and health problems allowed in front of entire lobby as well. So disappointed for them to use people's first and last name and discuss their medical conditions as well as prescriptions out loud not realizing these are relatives of some of the people that were sitting in the lobby that being me. The doctor is fantastic but thanks to her office staff I will not be returning. If you want everyone knowing your personal information and business go to Valley first care.
