Founded in 1994, Ambercare provides home health care and hospice services to the residents New Mexico. It is a state-licensed and Medicare- and Medicaid-certified organization. The organization is comprised of nurses, physical therapists, medical social workers, home health aides, homemakers, and physical, respiratory and occupational therapists. Ambercare offers hospice services, such as spiritual support and counseling, assistance with community resources, and personal, respite and short-term inpatient care. It also provides adult and pediatric respiratory services and offers a range of medical equipment. The organization serves Bernalillo, Dona Ana, Luna, Rio Arriba, Sierra, Sandoval, Santa Fe, Socorro and Valencia counties in New Mexico.
