Jenna S is the best extension stylist I've met in six years of extension use!

BEWARE! I had the worst experience there. I had been going for over a year and yes their prices are high but I thought that this place was okay until my last visit. I went in for a touch up of my hair color which was blond and ended up with brown roots. I complained but my hairdresser acted like I had a screw loose. I called her a couple days later and spoke with her and she agreed to see what she could do to lighten them up. She said to call for an appt. which I did five seconds later, and not surprisingly, my phone call went to the answering machine. I left a clear recording of my name and phone number and never received a call back. Casey (hairdresser) had my phone number and never bothered to follow up either. She just made me feel so betrayed since I had seen her for a while. I still am hurt by this.
