The Palomar Vista Healthcare Center is a 70-plus-bed skilled nursing facility that offers a range of health care services to address the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental needs of its residents. It offers intravenous therapy, wound care, enteral feeding programs, individualized care plans, and restorative nursing and hospice care. Additionally, the facility offer therapeutic diets, social activities, discharge planning and housekeeping services to meet the individual needs of each resident. It involves residents in various exercise programs, social and recreational activities, art and craft making, shopping trips and other excursions. The Palomar Vista Healthcare Center is located in Escondido, Calif., and is a part of the Ensign Group, which manages various health care facilities in Idaho, Washington, California, Utah, Arizona and Texas.
