As a someone who worked there I can say there are a lot of problems. Night Staff frequently leave house to talk to other staff in other houses leaving clients alone. Many Staff play what ever music they like or watch what they want on tv with no regard to the clients wishes. There is also a high turn over rate and staff gets very little training. Also many Staff rather do things for the client over let the client try from them self because it is faster and under estimate what the clients can do. How ever the clients rock they have a passion for life like no other. Many love to help do little things to feel important and make every day there wonderful. They are the only reason I worked there for 2 years but many reports to management about what I saw and nothing being fixed I ended up leaving. I think daily though about the clients because many of them so deeply touched my heart

This care facility really cares about it's resident's. I have seen first hand at the care this facility has. In most companies there are bad apples in the bunch that give there work a bad name. The CEO of this facility really cares about the residents & employees. He is a great person.

Experience was some good. Not much to eat. Staff r not educated. Experienced theft. Management level rarely followed thru on important issues.
