Yes. I was told that the repair would take 3 to 4 weeks due to the fact that the part I need was on back order but after Ray Clearwater negotiated getting me a rental vehicle during the duration of my repairs... it only took two days to get me back on the road. Ray went above and beyond and ensured that my accommodations were met. Ray is a true professional and has and will make me choose ford in the future. Hire more guys like Ray Clearwater.

Wow, my mind is blown!! Using Ford of Escondido I had an amazing Experience with Cameron D. and Richard who are Service Advisers and they were the best. They made sure my needs were met, I was followed up with, I was told how my service was coming along, and Cameron even helped me find a rental car place (greenleaf rent a car) that worked with me to get me into something that I could afford and was not a clunker!!

All in all, it was the most enjoyable and "frustrating" experience ever. I will say without a doubt that they all worked 110% to get us what we were looking for. I fully believe if you need a car, they will make the deal work for you. And I think that they are as close to customer oriented as you can get.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I received great customer service and would highly recommend this dealership.
