My experience with this CVS Pharmacy was dreadful. 2 examples within the past week -#1-After 5 phone calls to pharmacy, 2 calls to doctor, 2 calls from doctor's office advising me that CVS told them my script was ready for pick-up, and 2 visits to Pharmacy, CVSl could not locate my perscription when I arrived to pick it up. I had to demand they search for it, was insistant and finally find they found prescription after 30 minutes. I then was told I to wait 45 minutes for them to fill it. I said HA HA no way and demanded priority service, which they reluctantly agreed too. 2nd example in the same week: different doctor's office called prescription ahead (2 hours before arrival) because my grandson age 7 was sick with fever/strep throat. When he and I arrived no prescription to be found - insisted they search for it. Once they found it we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to fill it. These are my last visits to this inefficient pharmacy! 0 STARS-system forces minimum 1 star.
