The Learning Center offers various programs for students with early childhood developmental impediments and moderate to severe cognitive impairments, as well as individuals with disabilities. It meets the educational needs of students with the ages of 3 and 26. The center provides programs in the areas of personal care, life skills, fitness, communication and leisure management. It also offers a range of programs for students with physical, emotional, autistic and health impairments. Located in Escanaba, Mich., the center is a part of the Delta-Schoolcraft Intermediate School District, which provides general and special education programs to students. In addition, the district specializes in a variety of technology and software programs.
