Regarding the Kentucky Farm Bureau Erlanger Office I highly suggest that you take your business elsewhere. They proved themselves to be untrustworthy and duplicitious. Buyer beware. Our family business has cancelled several policies after this company and office mislead, deceived and cost our family hardship, stress and approximately 1600.00 when they insured an aged individual who was under family and doctors orders not to drive a new insurance policy --despite calls, visits and promises not to do so. It could have cost us the life of our loved one and since the purchase of a vehicle was assisted by the company--and now must be sold at a great cost to our family--they should repay us for our unnecessary expense, but of course they will never do that. Heck they cannot and did not even return calls or respond to letters. Do not do business with them if at all possible. You will regret it if you do.
