Great place

I've lived in Eagle Ridge for almost 2 years now and since the new management has taken over not only have they not done what they were supposed to But they take it upon themselves to ignore all maintenance request. I had a problem that took them 4 months to fix. The management is rude disrespectful not courteous on anybody else that lives here he thinks that he can stomp on everyone in here. I am NOT a low income family I pay all my bills I don't get help from the government the way that he treats people is regrettable and if the owners knew how he was treating people they should fire his bum.

Place is horrible. Office doesn't return phone calls or take information. To busy leaving an hour early to take forwarding address. Hangs up on you when he doesn't want to answer questions. Moved out in May. Call every week to find out about deposit only spoke with him twice and still don't know about it. They keep your deposit and don't tell you why.

This place has new owners, and a new Manager. In the last three weeks of him taking over the place has done a 360....He is addressing the drain problems and has crews working on the issues. The parking lot & driveway is being fixed. He has hired a groundskeeper, the maintenance team is on top of their game now, the 3 bedroom town homes look awesome and affordable! This guy rocks, if you have a family but do not have allot of money but want to live well, then call Mr. Griffin, he is firm but fair and has already done wonders here!

This place is a joke, do NOT move here.
