i called about replacing a out door faucet, was quoted $98.00 +15. 00 for faucet and said he would take care of it. so they came with 2 vehicles and 3 guys, to replace 1outdoor faucet. i thought what? Turned off main water course,took 20 minutes to replace, i watched the whole time. When they were making threads to hook up copper and plastic tubing, I noticed when he was treading the pieces to hook up, he was not holding the machine straight to thread. got the attachments tightened on. They were done. 20 mins. all done LOL turned the water on was leaking. two attachments were cracked, great, got new attachment and take apart the ones that were cracked ,another 20 minutes. done. So i figured 120.00 bucks. which was high to me. i got the bill 169.00 wth. i talked to Dave about what happened, and did i pay 3 guys and gas for 2 vehicle. took off $27.?? off bill. kept the copper to cash in. i will be passing his name around and it will not be good. Totally highway robbery. no drilling .

We called Winston because our hot water was a yellowish green color and our home warranty chose them. It was only supposed to cost a 75 $ deductible and the rest we thought would be covered. The plumber who came could not figure out why the water is discolored. Then, after a few phone calls he said it would cost an additional 500$ just to diagnose the problem. He was friendly but extremely unhelpful.

I was very much impressed with the Winston Air and Heat services. The technican was very knowledgeable of the importance of having clean ducts in the house. My electric bill went down $30.00 which is equivalent of $360.00 savings.
