This company is full of liars and ripoff artists. Their "wheelchair technology expert", Desmond Drake, was so kind and helpful before he bled my insurance dry for a "custom" wheelchair that's totally unusable and doesn't even fit me. Now nobody at the company will give me the time of day. These clowns gave me the biggest piece of garbage on the face of the earth, called it a "custom" wheelchair "built just for me", and I can't even fit in the thing nor get it to roll anywhere. I can't even get it up an EMTA bus ramp to use a city bus or trolley. It is IMPOSSIBLE to push, IMPOSSIBLE to pull, and was "custom built" for someone 10 feet tall and 2 inches wide, NOT ME. These uncaring clowns won't talk to me now that they have their money and refuse to take back this piece of garbage they stuck me with which I can't even use indoors, let alone outdoors. On top of this, these clowns at Wheelchairs And More all went on Christmas vacation and stuck me with a TOTALLY UNUSABLE wheelchair in the biggest snowstorm of the century. Who the hell takes advantage of a crippled man in a wheelchair ???? These people are the scum of the earth.
