Was talked into the EVOD. Have had nothing but issues with this product. Have had to return multiple chargers and batteries, as they keep shorting out according to the staff. The last bad battery they argued with me and told me I was wrong about the battery. So I left leaving the battery. They will never see another red cent from this customer.

I have recently (2 months) converted to a vaporizer. I knew nothing about vaporizers. I have been in to this store 3 times. Chris has been nothing but informative,attentive, and all around cheerful. This is the type of employee all employers would like to have. Vapor Friendly is lucky to have him. I will continue to shop here and continue to send new customers.

I am righting a request because the vapor friendly store never seems to have the right heating elements for my e-vap pen I would like for them to get the right shipments in when they order them. also the store chairs are very uncomfortable and very wobbly. the service is good by the store employees are very helpful and are nice to tlk to. Stopped in yesterday, 7-31 for the first time. Superior employees, friendly, helpful, answered all my questions. Dealt with John, will definitely be making this store a regular stop!
