Had my xbox 360 fixed and gladly paid 50 dollars for the services. Took it home and within 6 hours it would not work again. When I contacted them they said, "no problem, bring it in and we'll take care of it." Two days later on vacation I get a call from a Game Zone employee that tells me I never brought the xbox 360 in before and hangs up on me. After 4 returned calls the owner says to bring in the receipt and it will all be taking care of. I proceeded to go back to the store to get my xbox 360 when the same employee calls me a liar and tells me if I want my system back I must pay an additional 20 dollars to get it back even though they didn't fix it. And amazingly, the owner couldn't be found. This seems to be a two-bit operation that is trying to scam unknowing customers out of their hard earned money. STAY FAR AWAY.
