I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. The staff go out of their way to ensure you get what you envision at a reasonable price, no matter how many conversations that may take. I have never spoken to anyone who didn't treat me like family. In fact, it seems they pride themselves on this since they are just that -- a mom and pop shop. Over the last 8 years, I have changed orders, added to orders, etc and they accommodated each time. They have also returned my loyalty by donating to our fundraising events with gift certificates or actual products. They truly care about the customers AND Erie. I'm sure Roy is so proud.

The owner, Roy Glass, is the consumate gentleman. I have no idea where the other reviewer is coming from, as I have done business here for over 10 years and have nothing but positive customer service from Roy and never a problem with product. I highly recommend Silk Screen Unltd.

I've been coming to Silkscreen for all of my company's screenprinting and embroidery for over 5 years. The only time I ever had a problem, my shirts were replaced on the same day. Last year, they bent over backwards to help me when I waited til the last minute and I was able to get my order for Christmas in only three days. I started coming to them for the price and I've stayed loyal because of the care I've received. I hope you guys read this because I just want to say thanks, again. Don't let the bad apples frustrate you.

Unprofessional and brash customer service from the owner in addition to being grossly overcharged, translates to having a terrible experience with Silk Screen Unlimited and confirmation that they will never get my business again. I must note, however, that the product turned out just fine (kudos to the designer(s)).

Making simple silkscreen t-shirts should not be such a struggle between a customer and the person working the counter. The product comes out fine, but the experience leaves you gritting your teeth for days after.
