I am only giving MasterCuts one star because there is no option for negative stars. I stopped in for a hair trim, and not only did the man refuse to cut my hair, claiming that it was somehow ILLEGAL, but he made such a big deal about it in front of everybody that I left in tears. He also emphasized how my doctor wasn't doing his job correctly, and went on at length about it. First of all, I have psoriasis, which is non-contagious, and it is NOT illegal to cut my hair. Secondly, my doctor has been doing a fabulous job, but psoriasis is not something you can just take a pill for. After being treated so rudely, I will never give any of my hard-earned money to MasterCuts.
