When I have a craving for seafood, this is the first place we go. We tend to use the drive-through so I can't speak much for the dining-in experience, but overall this place is consistently pretty good. The one time we did go in to eat, it was not busy, and the booths and store were clean. The food has always been served hot and fresh and the staff are usually generous with handing out the condiments and napkins. That's a plus in my book since we tend to eat on the road and there's nothing worse than running out of ketchup or tartar sauce. LJS frequently have coupons available, and since I try to use coupons whenever I can, this adds to the value. I gave it a 4 star rating only because one time the cashier demanded 2 separate coupons when another time we only needed one. I like that the food comes in convenient boxes too. I appreciate that substitutions are allowed (e.g. replacing cole slaw with fries or hushpuppies).
