Brought the Lancer in for 15,000 mile service. The service was completed in a timely manner. Also, they had a loaner vehicle for us to use while we waited. Everyone at the dealership was very nice to us. Overall a great job by the service department.

My husband and I received excellent service. Our salesman explained all the different options and details on the Outlander Sport. He was able to answer all of our questions. We were not pressured into making a decision on our first visit. We took multiple test drives to make sure we understood all of the functions of the vehicle. We were given different financing options and worked out which one best suited our needs. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Joe, Ernie and the whole Team at Interstate Mitsubishi did a fantastic job from start to finish with my recent purchase of a 2014 Outlander. When the Outlander I had my heart set on seemed to be coming in out of reach, Joe and Ernie worked tirelessly to come up with a deal that ended up working. Everyone that I worked with, from Sales to Financing to Service was very helpful during the buying process and after. This is the third Outlander in a row that I have purchased from Interstate Mitsubishi. I absolutely LOVE the car and the team from Interstate. I have never had any complaints, and I am certain I will LOVE this new Outlander just as much as my past two!!!!

They were able to give a appointment for the next day after calling me about a recall and advised me I had a free oil change . I was in and out within a half hour. They explained the reason for the recall and all the checks they did. Very professional.

We visited six dealerships prior to Mitsubishi. You were the only one to email a thank you for the visit that day. Your sales people were very helpful. Only Mitsubishi and one other dealership gave us a return phone call. They were very aggressive in getting us a lower cost than other SUV dealers. But most of all the car sold us on Mitsubishi. The Outlander Sport feels like a small car but is extremely roomy, comfortable, and powerful. We feel quite confident about driving in snow knowing we have the capability of 4 wheel drive,

Great staff & service, this is our second new Outlander and we have had a good experience with both the sales staff and service. Would definitely recommend a Mitsubishi.

I just bought a car at Interstate Mitsubishi and my salesman was Mike. He was very knowledgable and personable. He made the deal in record time, was totally on top of his game. He has a "can-do" attitude and I would recommend anyone to ask for him.
