We consider them family. They have always been willing to work with our crazy schedules and can always manage to see us without fail when we have problems. The staff is very friendly and really care about patients.

Front desk professional and caring, but be sure to shop around before you sign anything. Do not take anything home or custom order anything because you cannot return.

Would not recommend due to extravagant medical billing to insurance ($1,600 for 2 /$67 products). Checked my ded prior to appt. & even have 85% coverage; due to high billing for product, billed 2nd time for $200 on day of appt. (that was my 15% on total billed of over $2,000!) Funnest part was the 2 page legal document to say you are satisfied even before you've brought your product home to try and business only covers product for 90 days, they you must pay again for whatever they decide. Not sure what is normal within the industry. Brought RX and business to here to help a small business and was completely taken advantage of. My mistake for not shopping around. Now I know you can go to medical supplier for free measuring and purchase EXACT product. Green Prosthetics billed Bl Cross $1,600 for (2) kid $67 dollar knee sleeves (Bl Cr paid almost $900 ... then I paid additional + $200 cash on day of appt/pick up). High billing, high co-pay = double dipping ... unethical.
