This company is the poster child for BAD FAITH insurance claims. Don't try to deal with them directly - hire an attorney !!!

Waited 10 days to give an estimate on my car damage, lowballed, deducted $100 for "salvage", refused to answer legitimate questions and asserted that the appraiser's report was "secret". For legitimate hit-run on my parked car, charged higher deductible (calling me, formerly with a Top Secret clearance, a liar). When I complained, the company retaliated by denying additional insurance. Wouldn't accept old expert appraisal on furniture in order to cover it in a standard "stated value" policy such as other companies offer -- demanded new $3500. appraisal.
