I had an excellent experience with Erie Computer. They replaced my keyboard and power button assembly. With labor, I only paid $85.00. They estimated it would be more, but in the end it was much less.

Too expensive and pushy

The sales person I "worked" with was very pushy, trying to get me to spend more and more money there. I was having a few problems with my RAID setup and they wanted to sell me another motherboard (even though mine is an Asus and has been highly regarded for RAID in several online forums) and 2 new hard drives (mine are all new - not even formatted yet). The purpose of buying more new equipment?? Never got a straight answer. NEVER again!
