Dr. E. Matthew Zimm, a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist, is the Region's first fellowship-trained laser vision correction surgeon. This means that Dr. Zimm spent an entire year after his residency training intensively in laser vision correction procedures as well as advanced cataract surgical procedures. Dr. Zimm performs bladeless LASIK, traditional and custom LASIK, advanced surface ablation (LASEK), cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, glaucoma treatment, and the management of all medical eye diseases.
