I will never buy anything from this place again. I have had this car for 9 months and have had to put over $1000 into this car already. Furthermore, this car just had an inspection 4 months ago and the most recent repairs are things that SHOULD have been caught during said inspection as they are safety issues. During inspection, I had to have the rotors replaced. 2 months later I got a flat tire. We could NOT get one of the lug nuts off. We ended up having to get it towed to a garage. The mechanic severely struggled to get it off as well. We called Bob's and they said there was no way they did it. REALLY!?! You had the tires off last to replace the rotors! Get the f*** outta here with that. Slimy!

Biggest rip off in Erie, PA. I would avoid. I got 97 Buick from there. When I went to sign the loan papers, I would have paid 9,000.00 for a 97 that was worth 4995 on kbb. RIP OFF

I would definetly tell people to avoid this dealership. I went to this dealership about 2 weeks ago looking for a used car. They advertise $99 down and get a car, but they don't mention that to get any halfway decent car on that lot requires $2500-3500 CASH down. So first, real shady marketing techniques. Second, when I was on the phone, Bob told me "Well, we don't have GREAT cars here, but we don't have junk either". So I show up to the dealership and Bob (one of the owners) was extremely pushy for one. All Bob kept prodding for was "How much do you have to put down TODAY". I told him I wasn't buying today but he kept insisting on a figure. I told him that depends on the vehicle. He proceeds to show me a car that I would need to put $2500 down, and here I discover its been in an accident. I tell him I'm not interested, and he tries talking me into it regardless. He then says "Well we don't have that good of cars here" Then he gets defensive about it. Do yourself a favor and avoid!
