I bought a used bike from this dealer. They were asking top retail price. The bike was clean and only had several thousand miles on it. I asked if they would throw in a helmet on the deal. They would not. This about says it all. If a $175.00 helmet will nix a full price retail deal, then you know where you stand in terms of bargaining with this outfit. This is pretty short sighted salesmanship. I am in the market for a new bike and will not buy from them for this reason. Hope they read their reviews. Businesses are built on repeat customers and word of mouth advertising. I will do neither.

i bought a victory hammer from them. charged me top price of $20,000 asked them to take the down payment of ten grand off my card. they would not do it. said i had to write a check. two days later. my account was wiped clean by idenity thief. check would not clear. i asked them to take the bike back. they did, and said they would sue me if i didn't pay them $2500 for the trouble. took me three months to get my account back in order. They just saw a chance to make 2500 and get the bike back. What kind of people would do that!/? off road express, that's who! Bought a new bike elsewhere and was able to deal with honest people. terrible dealership.

1.Top notch ratings for a top notch dealership! Thanks to EVERYONE at the dealership for making my first YAMAHA purchase unforgettable! From the moment we first stepped in the door to when we pulled away on our new R6 everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The owners are great and always go out of their way to speak to everyone and welcome you to the Off Road Express family. I would recommend ANYONE interested in buying a Yamaha or any other lines they carry to visit the dealership. Excellent service I have no complaints about them at all. I plan on buying more bikes and Im certainly going back to this store. The parts department staff was incredible, they helped ma find exactly the right apparel for the type of riding I was doing and also offered me a discount on future purchases because I bought the bike there. The service Department went over the bike with me from front to back making sure I knew everything I needed to make my riding experience pleasurable. I recomm

off road express is a terible dealer they bought out my favorite store cycle city and had to come and open the front door of cycle city [because off road express had it locked] to let me in to pick up my Vulcan motercycle I had in storage! Cycle city employees and volanteeers were packing up and leaving as I was walking around.

Not bad...IF 1, you don't mind paying the retail price for a new for a used bike 2, paying extra for used "accessories" that originally came with the bike when it was new (nothing like shelling out more than a grand for a scratched windshield and dry rotted saddlebags) 3, discovering the claimed mileage is several thousand miles less than the actual mileage 4, discovering that the model year claimed is actually 1 year newer than actual 5, waiting two weeks just to find out if the powertrain warranty they sold you will cover needed engine repairs...and then a couple more before they actually fix it. 6, having the new $200 tire you just bought elsewhere swapped for a used much cheaper one because it is quote "out of spec."
