Erie High School provides educational opportunities to students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes classes in English, Spanish, science, math and social science. The school also conducts classes related to fine arts, business studies, computers and driver s education. It additionally provides classes in industrial technology, home economics, and health and physical education. Erie High School maintains a career center that offers counseling services related to academics, career, and personal and social issues. The school has a parent-teacher association that encourages the participation of parents in various school activities. It conducts sports classes in baseball, football, volleyball, golf and cheerleading. Erie High School is a part of Erie Community Unit School District 1, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools in Illinois.
