Its products include a variety of milk proteins and specialty fractions including caseins, caseinates, milk protein concentrates, dairy blends/base mixes, whey protein concentrates and isolates, lactoferrin, milk mineral calcium and colostrum. Applications for these ingredients include bakery products, cheese, coffee whiteners, health supplements, infant and enteral products, nutritional beverages and bars, shelf stable drinks and pharmaceuticals.
