Always great service, Hanna is very conscientious and does a terrific job. Everyone so kind. Love coming here.

I love their colors! Staff was friendly and my shellac mani and regular pedicure were great. There does seem to be some disorganization, but it's brand new, so give them a chance to get in their groove. I know I will be back!

Horrible experience! Was there two weeks ago with my daughter for a mani/pedi. Pedis went pretty well but there was dirt mixed with water around the chairs. After the pedis, my daughter sat for 45 minutes alone while they did my mani. I have no idea where the lady went who gave my daughter her pedi! Finally after complaining twice, someone sat down to give my daughter her mani. We both got shellac manis and mine chipped on two nails 5 days later! The place was packed, no place for people to sit and workers running around like crazy, disorganized chickens. Won't be returning!

Literally the worst experience with nails ever. Not only did the do sub par job on my nails, but the staff was unfriendly! I was told I talked too much (after the tech asked me about things to do in the area) and I was putting him behind. He told me that only old people shape their nails to oval. He left in the middle of my manicure saying someone else would finish my color. The guy who came to finish my nails was pissed off for having to do so, told me to pay up before he'd do anything, asked if I was sure I wanted the color I picked 3 times in a row as if I didn't pick an appropriate color, and told me leave after letting my nails dry for less than 5 minutes. I will never return.

Terrible service, complete waste of time and money. My children and I walked in at 10:30 am and asked for 3 pedicures and one shellac manicure. We were not told of any delay or wait. 6 others walked in after us with appointments. It was understandable that they were helped first in that they had appointments. We chose our colors and were seated. 20 minutes later we sat in our massage chairs. No one came and assisted us for another 25 minutes. At that point one tech came and gave my daughter a lightning fast pedicure. Her massage was literally 4 minutes long. The entire pedicure was complete in 15 minutes. I experienced the same treatment 15 minutes after my daughter was done. 15 minutes of mediocre service, including a 4 minute massage. NO ONE ever even came to complete my other child's pedicure. They bypassed him completely ignoring him altogether. He sat in the massage chair with his feet in the water for an hour, only to not be assisted. Instead they helped other customers who walked in after us whom did not have appointments. Absolutely terrible customer service. Our firsthand last time in a brand new location. Big mistake. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! It's not worth the frustration!

Love Magic Nails! The staff is friendly and professional. The salon is beautiful inside as well! Love my nails, not to mention they have a special going on right now! I saw Linda, and Katsu and they were both great!
