RunPrices trippled May 2017 with new Dishonest managers. They say its going rate, But this is a farmers field not a paved, no gravel, not lighted, not monitored or secure like others in area. They want your property to sell. More profit in sale than in rent. Scam, Not take out auto payment then say your in default and auction property all without telling you.Its contrary to law. but they say its in the lease you signed. Most people give up thinking they are telling truth. Its a lie, its an unenforceable clause in lease. They must follow law and procedures which includes notifying customers. But they dont. Mud pit, gravel roads but you park in dirt/mud. Fine you for not pulling weeds in your space. Fine you for having friend enter to give you ride home. Fines for speeding. Wont jump you or put air in tire or pull you out of mud. Profit via fines. Open access to thieves from back of lot.Many thefts. Homeless people. One camera at gate cause people they screwed try to get back in. Site Mgr dont care, works posted hours and Not liable for loss so why investigate noises or trespassers, not my problem is his attitude. Did you have insurance? Ha ha. Not even real pictures on web site. Why? List goes on. Total lies n dishonest junk yard.Avoid at all costs. Sue them if you get locked out.
