Dr Flaim is constantly upgrading and updating his equipment for the betterment of his clients. He may sometimes appear to be distracted or rushed but the obvious care and concern is overshadowing. My daughter wanted contacts and he thought she was too young. He gave her specific instructions to see if she was capable and responsible enough and when he determined she was - we ordered them. It was nice to see someone care for her and her eyes as I do.
