I purchased a egr delete kit and exhaust from The Power Shop, Egr delete kit and efi live worked great. The Exhaust on the other hand is cheap and very poor quality. I purchased 5in Stainless for my dodge. Hangers are not in the right spot and I was told by Riely and I quote( if you compared ours to magnaflow side by side you would not be able to tell a difference).I have spent over 175 at our local muffler shop fixing the exhaust to make it work on my truck. i have had magnaflow and i had no issues at all. Very Very unhappy. The owner John has not been easy to work with in my opinion. I would recommend buying the parts else where not from the Power Shop.cause

oddf WROTE A GLOWING REPOT IN SEPTEMBER, BUT GOT ONE THING WRONG, HE FORGOT TO UPDATE THE STARS PROPERLY....IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 5 GOLD ACROSS ACCORDING TO HIS REVIEW I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUE WITH THEIR SERVICE, THEY HAVE GONE BEYOND THE PALE TO DETERMINE AN ISSUE I HAD WITH VACUUM PRESSURE TO SOLVE THAT AND GET ME RUNNING AGAIN.....

We had our 2002 F350 diesel truck gone over by The Power Shop prior to a 10K three month trip through Alaska, BC, Yukon and North West Territories. The truck is used to pull a15k lb. fifth wheel trailer and after inspection we were presented with a list of recommendations as well as the cost of each item. We had them do what was recommended. The work was very professionally done, we were treated extremely courteous and when we got the truck back, time was taken to review each and every detail of the work done. During our entire trip, the truck performed flawlessly and the additional equipment they installed, based on their recommendations, made the driving so much easier and less stressful.
