- Achilles TendonitisGraston Technique is an advancement in traditional soft tissue mobilization designed to address scar and soft tissue dysfunctions commonly found with orthopedic injuries. The technique uses six contoured stainless steel instruments which are designed to adapt to various parts of the body and identify restrictions. Deeper restrictions are able to be elevated and treated because the metal surface of the instruments do not compress like the fat pads of the hand. Common conditions include plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, scar tissue, tennis elbow, heel spurs, achilles tendonitis, cervical and lumbar pain. Learn more
