I just had my cat groomed yesterday. I asked for a lion cut and left precise instructions on what I wanted: leave the ruff, shave down to the joint on the legs and then "poodle trim" the bottom of the legs. Shave up his tail a bit to take out the tangles. My cat is SKINNED. The groomer did not leave a ruff, in fact he shaved halfway up the back of his head. there are little tufts of fur everywhere and he is all around a mess. On his right side half of his whiskers were zoomed off. And one of his nails was cut to the quick. When I called to talk to the groomer he was surly and rude. He offered me my money back, but what I want is the fur back on my cats neck and his whiskers back. I am past infuriated.
