Repaired drain pipes and installed new garbage disposal. Polite repair tech (Josh). Cleaned up any mess and did a good job of explaining the repair and replacement. Also a fair and reasonable price for the services...

Have been using them for several years for various reasons. I have always been happy with their work and rates. Their emergency and weekend rates were better than any other P&E service around.
Mr. Goolsby fixed our water meter leak at our lake house....did a great job. very reasonable and friendly!!.
Received a verbal estimate for new hot water heater. Billed $50 over estimate. No rational reason provided for going over estimate on a simple installation. As a fair effort to resolve, I send a nice letter with payment for the original estimate plus half of the disputed amount. Received unsigned and rude note back saying I still owe balance.Beware if they will do this for a simple job, they will do more of this type overcharging for a larger project.
