Hilda's Kitchen has been operating as a bistro since 1993. The eatery specializes in Australian and European cuisine as well as Philippine dishes and other Asian cooking. Its menu contains food items, such as chicken kebabs, curried beef, sweet 'n' sour pork, seafood sticks and hot chips, among others. The eatery caters to a variety of functions, such as conferences, workshops, seminars, company dinners, birthday parties, wedding receptions and engagement parties. Hilda's Kitchen has served at the Devonport Agricultural Show, Australian Institute of Agricultural Science Seminars, Reece High School Garden Festival, Hogs'n'Rods Exhibition and Lions Club Food & Wine Fiesta, to name a few.
