Never have I been treated so rudely by any medical professional as I was at this facility! I have had previous MRIs and know I need sedation for my claustrophobia. It was written on my script. When I politely inquired when I would receive it, the doctor positioning me proceeded to lecture me that the machine was open on both ends, no one had ever become stuck, I had previously had MRIs, and that it was all in my head. He was EXTREMELY condescending and arrogant! I will NEVER use this facility again! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!
