Great service very professional

At the apartment complex that I live at, they use Johndrow's for Pest Control. I have severe chemical allergies, enough to put me in the hospital. My parents had to keep me inside for at least a week after they sprayed when I was young because I was so allergic to the chemicals. I had called previously to tell them please do not spray my apartment. This time I got no note, no reentry time and an unlivable apartment. I called Johndrow's to tell them what happened and was met with a nasty tone and told that there was not enough chemical to make me sick. I walked in and could smell it. My wedding dress may now be unusable. It was obvious that someone had been in there and messed up several of my blinds and belongings. The customer service was rude. I don't blame them for no note, that wasn't there department. I do blame them for insinuating that I am lying about my chemical allergy and being nasty when I try to call and see what can be done about my apartment.

Asked Mr. Johndrow to come out and spray he charged me 125.00. .I have been fighting the cockroaches for 4 years. He sprayed there was a strong odor in my home after, it was almost over whelming. The bugs were not gone in thirty days. I called Mr. Johndrow back and explained that the bugs were not gone, he came to the house and sprayed again for free. It was wonderful that he stood by his product. The bugs stayed away for 6 months. I am having Mr. Johndrow come out again when I need him...
