I made the mistake of complaining about the quality of dental work I received and Dr. Crupi scolded me like a terrible parent would speak to a child. Instead of apologizing for the work not being satisfactory, he made it seem like it was my fault for waiting too long to complain and he did everything in his power to make me feel foolish for having the audacity to imply that the work his office preformed was not up to industry standards. I was not asking for anything to be fixed free and was prepared to pay for him to correct the poor work another doctor on his staff preformed. Unfortunately, Dr. Crupi clearly has no concept of how to treat people, especially his customers. He treated me with utter contempt. This was a simple issue of a discolored filling and there was absolutely no reason for Dr. Crupi to be so unpleasant and condescending. I will happily pay another dentist to correct the work.I would like to add that the dental hygienist did an outstanding job. I am so sorry she has to work for such an irascible man. I was referred to this office & on 1/30, at 8am I had my 1st visit. I was first pleased to see that the office was open early for me to complete my paperwork & I was seen on time. Secondly, everyone in the office was very friendly. My exam & cleaning were both very pleasant. Regina, the hygienist, was sweet & extremely gentle & knowledgeable. The equipment was impressive. The camera to take pictures of the areas I could not see made understanding what I was being explained very comforting. I dont have a fear of dentist, but I do like to understand what Im being told. Seeing the pictures was an eye opener. Finally, unlike in the past, I was overwhelmingly impressed with how I was explained what items I need to take care of, versus what I can delay, along with any implications of the delayed treatment. It was nice to experience a team that cared about my dental health rather than just selling me a procedure. I will be happy to drive an hour to continue my dental care. ~Tanya

Where to begin? My appointment was on a Thursday and I met with Dr. DiCarlo who fills in for Dr. Crupi on Thursday and Fridays. I was having a problem with two teeth and informed Dr. DiCarlo of my very real fear of dentist due to a childhood tramatic experience with a dentist at 10 yrs. old. He assured me that he could take care of the teeth and the appointment was set for the following Friday, I was happy with him and he had gained my trust. On Monday, Dr. Crupi's office calls to inform me that they are no longer open on Fridays and needs to change my appt to Wed. Dr. DiCarlo has suddenly left the practice. I say okay to the appt. on Wed with Dr, Crupi who I have never seen and all is good for Wed. 2:30! One hour later, I get a second call from the office and I am now told that Dr. Crupi does not want to do the work and has referred me to an oral surgeon. Very unprofessional! I now have to find a new dentist again a will be cancelling my daughters appt in April. You've been informed!!
