The food here is always fresh. The options, healthy. The bread is home made, and everything is so tasty! The beautiful oak tree which shades the outdoor patio is serendipity! This is the best restaurant in Englewood!

Stopped by for dinner during the October Cruising on Dearborn. The restaurant normally closes at 2 p.m. but had a special menu for this night. We both chose the pulled pork with a side of potato salad. Everything was definitely homemade and seasoned nicely. Fresh brewed Sweet Tea was wonderful too, and I might say a rarity among even the finer establishements in Englewood. Service was efficient, and of course, the ambience outside under that huge oak tree can't be beat. Went away very satisfied and took along a daily menu, which features many breakfast choices served daily till 2 as well as yummy sounding salads, sandwiches and burgers offered for the lunch crowd. One other special feature...the bread is homemade! Definitely worth a try and it won't break the bank!
