This Realtor plays games....I answered the add and said I wanted the rental. I specifically said it would be perfect and I wanted it. And the appt. was set for the following Thurs. to see it since a tenant needed to vacate the premises. Then I get a call saying the owner raised the price of the rental. I don't know if this is even legal but it sure isn't ethical. btw they also said it was a brand new place on the ad too but there was a tenant in it. hmmm...this sounds like bait and switch to me. And that I know *is* against the law.
