Way over rated. Dirty, low class, stayed for 10 days and was so disappointed. Over priced. Will not go there again.

Dump Stay Away

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseYOU HAVE TO SEE THE NEW KO KO KAI in the Manasota Key It is beautiful it is under new management. The pool looks brand new-resort quality. Everything is being redone. Our unit was completely redone with new furniture, we had a brand new sleep number bed. It had beautiful new place settings, silverware and new glasses. The new bedding had many pillows and was elegant. We were given a really nice bottle of wine upon our arrival to celebrate their new grand opening. We highly recommend this resort. We had a fantastic time. Cannot wait to go back.

My family and I had a wonderful time at a reunion there in August. You can not beat the view If you are looking for the Hyatt Regency this is not for you but if you want a laid back old Florida place with great fishing and better sunsets give it a try.
